To protect the freshness of your order, we do not ship on Fridays (for Zones 2 & 3), Saturdays, or Sundays.

Once you place an order, we'll process it within 24–48 business hours. Our fulfillment days are Monday through Thursday to ensure freshness during transit. Orders placed later in the week will be held and shipped the following Monday to avoid weekend delays.
You'll get an order confirmation email right after you check out — so you're always in the loop.

We take every measure to ensure your order arrives in optimal condition.
Each shipment is carefully prepared using:

Additionally, we provide insured and upgraded shipping at no extra cost, offering premium-level protection without passing the added expense on to you.
🛡 Handle With Care – Cold Elements Inside
To preserve freshness during delivery, your box may contain a cold element.
It helps keep the temperature low while in transit. Please avoid direct skin contact and allow a little airflow before unpacking.
Simply discard it after use — no special handling is needed.
How fast do out-of-state orders ship?
Orders placed after 11:00 AM are usually shipped the next business day. We ship Monday through Thursday to ensure your order arrives fresh, as UPS does not operate on Sundays and offers limited service on Saturdays. If you’re in a 1-day delivery zone, we also ship on Fridays. Most out-of-state orders arrive within 1–2 business days depending on your location
What happens if I’m not home during delivery?
No worries! If you’re not home, your order will be delivered to your doorstep or the safest spot near your delivery address. We pack all orders to stay fresh until you’re able to bring them inside.
How does MCH Halal Meat keep the products fresh during delivery?
We use insulated packaging along with ice packs to keep your order cool and fresh. Our insulated bags maintain a safe temperature for up to 48 hours, ensuring your meat stays fresh from our store to your door.
When will I know if my order is ready for pickup?
You’ll receive a notification as soon as your order is ready for pickup. Please keep an eye on your email or text messages for updates.
Can I visit the store to make a purchase?
We currently do not offer in-store shopping. All orders must be placed online for delivery or pickup.
In the rare case something goes wrong, what should I do?
We stand behind everything we deliver. If anything’s off, simply send us a photo and a quick note. We’ll take care of it—usually with store credit so you can pick something perfect. Full refunds are considered when necessary, but they’re rarely needed.
