Halal means halal or permitted according to Islam. In order for meat to be halal, certain conditions must be met, which are set out by Islamic rules. For Muslim consumers, it is important that Halal meat is properly slaughtered and prepared in accordance with Islamic rituals. We follow a rigorous process to ensure that the meat sold in our shop is Halal. We prefer suppliers with Halal certificates and we perform the slaughtering process in accordance with Islamic rules. Hygienic conditions are observed during the preparation of the meat, while the packaging of the products is also carried out within the framework of Islamic guidelines. We check compliance with Halal standards through regular inspections and inform our customers that the products are Halal, thus gaining the trust of our customers.
We provide our meat completely from our own family farm from our animals that we raise humanly. Our facility is under USDA inspection.
We take the following measures to keep our meat fresh and high quality:
Cold Chain Management:We preserve the freshness of meat by storing it at the appropriate temperature.
Hygiene Standards: We carry out regular cleaning and sterilization to keep our shop hygienic.
Airtight Packaging: We store meat in airtight packaging.
Regular Stock Monitoring and Turnover: We monitor our stock and sell outdated products first, so that we always offer fresh meat to our customers.
Slaughter and Preparation Processes: We maintain the freshness of the meat by using quality slaughtering techniques and the right preparation methods.
